  • Summer Solstice Retreat at Wydale Hall, near Scarborough  22nd - 24th June 2018

A new venue! This beautiful Georgian Hall, set in extensive gardens within the glorious Yorkshire Wolds, is run by the Diocese of York. All six of our yoga practices will take place in the hall's ballroom - chapel with floor to ceiling bay windows that look down the valley. Accommodation is in single, ensuite rooms, although shared rooms are available and we will be provided with nutritious vegetarian food. As we are here just after the Summer Solstice we will take the qualities of the sun in our solar system as our theme for the weekend, reflecting on the development of these qualities through our practices as a means to uplifting and sustaining us. Take a peek at Wydale Hall www.wydalehall.org
